Anti-Chinese Communist Party activist Drew Pavlou has returned to Parliament House after being escorted out yesterday.
Mr Pavlou was having lunch at the public cafe when he was approached by the AFP who requested him to leave.
He was reportedly at Parliament for a meeting with Labor MP Peter Khalil.
The AFP issued a statement this afternoon confirming the individual was given a direction to leave Parliament House, but said he was not banned.
“No protests were planned; I was simply trying to keep my head down,” he said.
“I am not protesting, I am not disrupting anything. It should be the right of every Australian citizen to visit the home of our democracy.”
