Assistant Minister for Treasury Andrew Leigh says there is no “perfect solution” to fix rising gas prices.
“Australia hasn’t been investing in renewables with the pace of other advanced countries,” Mr Leigh told Sky News Australia.
“Moving to four-fifths renewables by 2030 will deliver cheaper energy prices for Australian consumers and businesses.”
